Brent T. Amaya D.D.S. & Family

Brent Amaya was born and raised in Edmond, Oklahoma. He went to school at Edmond North where he met his high school sweetheart, Eleen. After college in San Antonio, TX, they were married and moved back to Edmond to start their family. They were soon blessed with two wonderful children. First their daughter, Leighton and then their son Bennett. As a family, the Amayas enjoy going to lake Eufaula in eastern Oklahoma and spending time surrounded by family and friends.

As big outdoor lovers, they use their free time to fish, hike, white water raft, ski, boat, ride ATV’s etc. One of their favorite vacation spots is South Fork, Colorado. “When I was a child we used to go to South Fork with my parents and grand-parents. I have such great memories from those times and I want to share those with my own children.”, said Dr. Amaya when speaking about his childhood.

Dr. Amaya and his family are big dog lovers. Between his parents and two brothers they have 8 pups! Maggie is the youngest of the bunch. She will be 1 in February and is the sweetest little thing. “Because of her calm and gentle nature, Maggie is being trained to be a therapy dog. We are hoping she will be able to help some patients that experience dental anxiety”, Dr. Amaya explained. Make sure and follow all of Maggies adventures!

Dr. Amaya is committed to providing gentle and affordable dental care to the whole family. Having been a practicing dentist for 10 years, him and his staff are highly knowledgeable and will make sure all their patients are treated with the same care he would provide his own family. Dr. Amaya graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry and is a member of the Oklahoma Dental Association. Along with being active in his community, he also strives to keep up with the latest in dental technology.

Shannon Benton-Strickland RDH

Shannon is a Dental Hygienist and graduated from the dental hygiene program at Rose State College in 2010. Shannon is an excellent hygienist and loves taking care of each person that comes into our office. Our patients enjoy her outgoing personality and her passion for her profession. She has four beautiful children as well as four beautiful grandchildren. Shannon and her husband, Rodney, enjoy fishing, camping and OU Football.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Stephanie Busarakomvisit, DA

Stephanie grew up in Lone Grove, Oklahoma. With many years experience in the dental field she has acquired a wealth of knowledge in the constant evolution of procedures. Stephanie is an amazing Dental Assistant and great with patients of all ages, putting them at ease every step of the way. She stays busy with her sweet children and husband. She loves the lake, traveling and Thunder Basketball.
